TERMS OF SERVICE for use of go2japan.org

These are the terms of service that you agreed to when you register on go2japan.org.  They apply to all of our registered members.

1. I promise to play nice and have fun.
2. In registering, I certify that I am 17 years of age or older.  While U.S. law requires a minimum of 13 years of age, we have decided to require an older age, because our missionary programs require a minimum of 18-21 years of age, depending on the program.
3. I understand that I own my forum posts and profile pictures, but that Asian Access and/or SIM may use my posts and avatars in promoting the work of the A2 ministry or for writing FAQs for other users. I grant my permission to Asian Access and/or SIM to use and even edit/adapt my written material within reason for the purpose of highlighting the positive impact of this ministry or writing FAQs. I realize that Asian Access and SIM does not need to ask permission, because by registering, I am granting permission.
4. The information, illustrations, text or images (hereinafter referred to as the "Content") on this website are protected by the laws on copyright. You can access this content and use for personal or educational purposes only. You may not modify or use the Content for any other purpose without the written permission. Except as otherwise provided below, it is prohibited to reproduce, republish, post, transmit or distribute the content in this website.  You may print the content found on this website only for personal use or educational purposes. You must also include in all copies, the copyright notice accompanying the Original Content. Any software downloadable or otherwise available in this website is licensed, under the terms of the license to use software that applies.
