It is with great delight that I welcome Noel Becchetti to the international leadership team of Asian Access. Noel joins our team on October 1, 2012 as the vice president for leader development, a role that works in partnership with our Leader Development leadership team.

Noel comes to Asian Access with a wealth of experience. He has served in a wide array of ministries including InterVarsity, Youth Specialties, sports outreach in Romania, The Center for Student Missions, and most recently Truthseekers International. Noel and I have known each other for many years and have led together on ministry teams for Azusa Pacific University's Mexico Outreach program and one of the first multi-national high school student missions conventions, Conquest '96, in Mexico City. (See us in the back in the photo below.)

Having known and watched Noel's leadership for 20 plus years, I am honored that he would join the Asian Access family and bring his incredible array of wisdom and talent to our work in leader development. Noel is a great team player, who has served in several cross-cultural ministry contexts, most recently with his work in India through Truthseekers. Noel is also a proven leader who is known to be a problem solver and someone who gets things done.

I'm looking forward to working with Noel and hope you'll join me in welcoming him to the Asian Access family!
