First, it's important to note that Asian Access doesn't plant churches by itself.  Rather, Asian Access partners with existing churches that want to multiply.  We come alongside visionary pastors and congregations to help them achieve their objective of planting reproducible daughter churches.

That said, Asian Access forms networks of Japanese churches in an area, trains and coaches the pastors in the church planting process, and provides a church planting missionary and an Associate for 3 years to start a new Japanese church.  Each new church is under the leadership of the Japanese pastor from the very beginning.  The Associate’s focus is meeting people and building relationships for sharing the Gospel in an effort to enfold new people into the new church plant.
