Team Leader Screening

Asian Access must receive all Team Leader applications for initial review before Team Members begin the application process.  If the Team Leader applicant is accepted by Asian Access, then potential team members may apply to join the team.

Team Member Screening

Screening for team members should be conducted by a selected "screening committee" at your school/church, with the Team Leader and a staff person and maybe another organization member.  If no committee can be set up, Asian Access can set up a screening committee. If the sending organization chooses to screen applicants, which is preferred, we have written guidelines to assist you. We also have application forms and reference forms that you may use for screening your team members.  Whether you screen team members or we do, team member applications must be sent to Asian Access for final review.
