Please note that A3/SIM missionaries are required to raise 100% of their financial support. This is a non-negotiable. We trust God to provide, and we will assist you in the support raising process. If this is a concern for you, our recruitment team will be happy to discuss this process with you further.

Watch this video to see why we call our missionaries "Missional Partners". Many missionaries might operate as independent workers, but A3's Missional Partners work in unison with a local congregation and serve collaboratively under their Japanese pastor. Missional Partners are servant partners, not independent contractors.
